Our registered nurses have years of experience helping clients with their in-home needs and we work with you and your family to set up your personal in-home support system. Each client’s plan is customized to his or her specific needs and can include:

Every CareLink client has a Nurse Care Coordinator who helps insure the appropriate plan of care and services is in place. And a nurse is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your peace of mind when conditions do not permit the client to stay in their own home, CareLink can also assist during hospitalizations and nursing home stays. CareLink services are affordable, and we will help determine any coverage by private insurance.
