Become a Home Services Worker
CareLink provides supportive services and care coordination to help our clients live safe and healthy where they want to be….in their own home.  Our caregivers help clients with their in-home needs and we work with each family to set up a personal in-home support system. Our Home Services Workers will provide services based upon a customized plan that can include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Assistance with personal care
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Shopping and errands
