CareLink's Quincy and Springfield, IL locations are Joint Commission accredited for both nursing and supportive services, demonstrating our compliance with state of the art standards for quality and safety.
The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit national body that oversees the safety and quality of health care provided at accredited organizations.
CareLink's registered nurses can provide the continuing nursing care you need to complete your recovery following hospitalization, rehabilitation or nursing home stay. And, CareLink can provide nursing care in those situations when treatment can be delivered in the home or at the worksite, to avoid a hospitalization or trip to the doctor's office.
CareLink nursing services include:
• Nurse assessment and monitoring
• Blood draws
• Medication organization and administration
• Home safety checks
• Accompany client to doctor visits
• Health condition education and compliance support
• Other direct nursing services such as wound care
• Coordination of other services
In all cases, CareLink nurses act as care coordinators, bridging the gaps between the doctor's office, the hospital and other providers to help ensure a coordinated approach.
CareLink nursing services may be covered by your insurance, and we will assist you in determining if coverage is available from your plan.
