Our registered Nurse Care Coordinators have years of experience helping clients with their in-home needs and we work with you and your family to set up your personal in-home support system. CareLink's Home Services Caregivers implement the home services plan, under the supervision of your Nurse Care Coordinator. All of our caregivers are carefully screened and appropriately trained to meet our clients' Supportive Service needs. Each client’s plan is customized to his or her specific needs and can include:

• Services available from 2-24 hours; 7 days a week
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Assistance with personal care
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Shopping and errands

Every CareLink client has a Nurse Care Coordinator who helps insure the appropriate plan of care and supportive services are in place. And a nurse is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your peace of mind when conditions do not permit the client to stay in their own home.
