Cathy Meckes
Cathy Meckes has almost 25 years of experience in health care product and services development, data collection and analysis, quality measurement and improvement, and marketing. With experience in hospital administration and as a consultant to self-funded employers, she has insight into both health care service delivery and health care service purchasing. While serving as Executive Director of the Tri-State Health Care Coalition, she was elected to a two-year term as chair of the National Business Coalition on Health Board of Governors and participated in a number of that organization's national initiatives to improve the cost and quality of health care services. Cathy has a Master's degree in Marketing and Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Carlene Blickhan
Carlene Blickhan, R.N. has over thirty years of experience in almost every aspect of nursing.She has worked in hospital, public health, nursing home, industrial and home health settings. Her areas of expertise include wound care, IV's and central lines, nursing policy and procedure and health education. In the fall of 2002, she completed a multi-disciplinary certificate in geriatrics through the University of Illinois Department of Family Medicine. Carlene is a graduate of the St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL, School of Nursing, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
Cindy Paul
Cindy Paul, R.N., has been a nurse for over 25 years. She has experience in intensive care, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics. Her areas of special expertise include working with high-risk OB patients, and high tech nursing, including IV's and central lines. Cindy is a graduate of the St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL, School of Nursing, and is a member of the Case Management Society of America.
